Janine Jackson is the program director of FAIR (Fairness and Accuracy in Reporting), and the co-host and co-producer of FAIR's syndicated radio show CounterSpin, a weekly program of media criticism airing on more than 150 stations around the country. She has appeared on ABC‘sNightline and CNN Headline News, among other outlets, and has testified to the Senate Communications Subcommittee on budget reauthorization for the Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Jackson is a graduate of Sarah Lawrence College and has an M.A. in sociology from the New School for Social Research.
