Testimony on the Lies by Amir Amirani

Amir Amirani is a director and film maker who directed the documentary film We Are Many about the 15th February 2003 global day of protest against the Iraq War. Social movement researchers have described the 15th February 2003 protest as "the largest protest event in human history, when over 20 million people across the world joined in global protest against war in Iraq. Tony Blair’s ally, Lord Falconer says the anti-war march did change things: “If a million people come out on the streets in the future, then what government is going to say they are wrong now? When the last time the public expressed their opposition in that way, history said the people on the street were right and not the people in the government.”
