Thomas Fasy is a physician/scientist. Since 2003, he has been concerned about various ongoing health crises in Iraq. Since February 2012, he has had the opportunity to visit central and northern Iraq on several occasions for a total of 18 weeks. In 2014, he was able to personally document a remarkable epidemic of cerebral palsy that has occurred in children born in 2004 or later in Hawija near Kirkuk (immediately adjacent to F. O. B. McHenry) During the tribunal he briefly described this epidemic which is not widely known. He wants to bring attention to the studies of Dr. Samira Alani, the pediatrician who described the sharp increase in congenital malformations in Fallujah.
