Thomas Fasy is a physician/scientist. Since 2003, he has been concerned about various ongoing health crises in Iraq. Since February 2012, he has had the opportunity to visit central and northern Iraq on several occasions for a total of 18 weeks. In 2014, he was able to personally document a remarkable epidemic of cerebral palsy that has occurred in children born in 2004 or later in Hawija near Kirkuk (immediately adjacent to F. O. B.
